个人简介

主要研究方向为大气环境与健康。主要研究方向包括:1. 大气污染物组分暴露评估与健康风险解析:结合多源异构数据(地面监测、遥感数据、模拟数据等)、多尺度建模及智能分析方法,系统分析大气污染物暴露的时空动态特征及其对人群健康(尤其是呼吸系统和心脑血管)的长期影响。2.细颗粒物的化学组成与来源识别:深入分析PM2.5中的关键化学组分,包括水溶性无机离子、有机成分(多环芳烃、脂肪酸、糖类等)、有机碳/元素碳、重金属等,探讨其化学形成机制、光化学演变过程以及主要来源。3.细颗粒物毒性机制与健康效应:重点研究不同来源及成分构成的PM2.5对人体健康的影响,采用细胞、分子毒理学等手段探讨其在诱导炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞损伤等方面的作用机制,评估其对呼吸系统及心血管系统的潜在危害。本研究方向具有突出的交叉学科特征,融合环境科学、分析化学、流行病学及毒理学,为深入理解大气污染对公共健康的影响机制提供科学依据。
